How lucky were we to come across your website? From your up front advice on underfloor heating and insulation to your on site service we cannot fault you. And your suggestion of slate skirting simply completed the room (albeit now that Becky has furnished the room you hardly get to see them!) Thank you for your letter ages ago. I am really glad the business is going so well. Do not panic I have no complaints! I am only writing to wish you a Merry Christmas and to give you some good news.I think I said that one of the glossy mags would be featuring my house, well it's a done deal now, in Real Homes in the spring.I have named you for the floors and underfloor heating so I do hope it brings a bit more business your way..............I've just finished the 14th book, though it won't be on sale till August, in January 'Secrets' goes on sale in paperback. I'm also planning a kid's book called Ghastly Granny for boys from 6 to 8.........This year has been very busy as I've been all over the place doing talks. And working on the garden. I planted 8000 bulbs, so I can hardly wait till the Spring to see them............I hope all is well with you and your family and 2005 will be a good one for you all.

The conservatory is now finished and it's made a tremendous difference. The tiling is as we expected and the under floor heating allows us the luxury of using the conservatory at all times.The insulation you recommended means that we are using the minimum of electricity and has proved to be very cost effective.We will be passing your name on and hope that it will result in a lot more work for you.
