Ceramic tiling is now one of the most popular finishes in the home which I'm able to complete normally in 1-2 days depending on the type of installation.

My installations for wall and floor tiling very often includes porcelain, one of the most hard wearing types of tile which are available from all good retailers .

Porcelain is excellent for underfloor heating installations and flooring completed with this product produces a beautiful finish in bathrooms, kitchens and conservatories which has a long life and durable enough to take whatever wear and tear you can offer it.

Your choice of wall and floor tiles should always be accompanied by the correct adhesive and grout and I can offer you a wide range of grout colours to enhance the finished job.

One of those important areas is onto wooden floors where the need for stability is at it's most demanding. This is achieved by installing a thin but very strong layer that prevents movement, giving your tiling the same stability as any other floor.

Another area where the installation must be 'spot on' is when fitting stone and slate and the appropriate tiling adhesive and grout are used to enhance natural stone.

Showers are one example for the need to "get it right" first time, particularly when fixing to any areas above ground floor level.
Tanking systems are a must before ceramic tiling to showers above ground level, followed by the recommended water resistant or waterproof adhesive and grout.

All installations must be carefully planned with the quantities and types of adhesive and grout calculated AND 'setting out' has to be absolutely spot on before starting any job.

"What I'm amazed to see is the number of customers that are let down by the average wall and floor tiling companies who claim to be 'wall tilers' or 'floor tilers' and don't accurately calculate the tiling cost.
I do this job day-in day-out and by experience I know the exact materials to use and will give sound advice on preparation and aftercare.
Once fixed, tiling becomes permanent and is not easily reversible especially when fitting underfloor heating .
